Our team designed this new compact yet sophisticated looking sustainable office building near Edison, NJ to allow the Owner to occupy the top floor and rent the floor below. Sustainable features include well insulated and sealed building envelope, high efficiency HVAC & lighting, and healthy interior finishes.

Purdue Pharma R&D Building Gut Renovation

Purdue purchased this original 250,000sf Ciba Giege plant in Yonkers NY and gutted the existing lab buildings to convert them to their new R&D center for flavors and fragrances. Jason helped create the construction documents and specifications for this project and oversee construction.

MUNICH Reinsuurance America - Interior Renovations & LEED Gold Certification*

Munich RE America, one of the largest insurance companies in the world, has it's US headquarters in Princeton NJ. Their parent company in Germany is highly sustainable, as is its US component. Jason led the team to develop a green renovation plan and LEED EB implementation plan on several buildings on their NJ campus.

Hartz Mountain Corporate Headquarters - LEED for Existing Buildings Silver Certification*

250,000sf existing 1990's multi-tenant office building housing the corporate headquarters of the property owner, Hartz Mountain. Jason led the assessment, planning and implementation of a LEED EB certification for them on the entire building.

TD Bank - LEED Gold Prototype*

Jason worked with TD to create their first LEED ceritified prototype from concept to design through construction. Features include SIP wall construction, building integrated photovoltaics in the drive thru and entry canopy roofs, LED photo-sensor controlled lighting, and a thin brick system to deliver the project for 10% less construction cost, exceed their expectations of LEED Silver by achieving Gold certification, maintain their corporate aesthetics, and complete construction in just three months.
